Mrs. Joyce L. Sudduth of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away peacefully on Monday, May 2, 2022, she was 81 years old.
Joyce was born on June 2, 1940 in Los Angeles, Ca. and moved to Gallatin in 1971.
Preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Lois Barbee, loving husband of 44 years, Douglas V. Sudduth, sister Jean (Jack) Shockley, and grandsons, Douglas M. Sudduth and Samuel Sudduth.
Survived by her sons; Douglas K (Kelly) Sudduth, Ron V. (Sandra) Sudduth, and David M. Sudduth Grandchildren; Shanon (Marcus) Baldini, Tera (Grant Davis) Sudduth, Ryan Sudduth, Rylee Sudduth, David Sudduth, Brandon, and Casey. Great Grandchildren; Sean Sudduth, Madeline Vitier, Sophia Rose Baldini, Blaine Sudduth, and Lochlan Davis. Nieces; Jackie (Mike) Davis, Janetta (Ken) Watts, and Kimberly Vega.
Joyce was a real estate broker in Sumner County for 20 years and loved to travel. Cruises were a favorite. She enjoyed the Florida beaches and the Smokey Mountains. Joyce was a fantastic cook who doted on the littles and would give you an earful if she wasn’t happy.
A memorial will be held Friday, May 27, 2022 at 2 pm. for friends and family at Prince of Peace Lutheran Chruch in White House, Tn. A reception will follow at her home. https://www.crestviewfh.com
