Mrs. Linda Carter, age 76, of Westmoreland, TN passed away on April 23, 2024.
Linda is survived by her siblings, Willie Phillips (Pat), Jerry Phillips (Rosa), Wanda Jent, Rusty Jent and Carol Scott and a host of loving family.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Phillips and Nadene Phillips; her husband, Grant Carter; brothers, William “Pug” Phillips and Danny Phillips; sister, Marilyn Troutt; and her brother-in-law, Mark Scott.

Mr. Grant Carter, age 78, of Westmoreland, TN passed away on April 23, 2024.
Grant is survived by his wife, Linda Carter; brother, Gerald Carter (Jean); sister, Patricia Boner; nephew, Cory Carter (Allison); nieces, Tricia Brown (Ian), Marsha Crawford (Robert), Nancy Duffer (Mike), Angie Dickerson (Todd), Sherry Jo Blankenship and Lisa Vinson (Eric); nephew, Paul Anthony Calvert; and many Great-nieces and Great-nephews.
Grant is preceded in death by his parents, Cary Carter and Stella Carter; and his brothers, Johnny Carter and Billy Carter.
The service for Mr. Grant and Mrs. Linda Carter will be held on Saturday, at 1:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Leon Graves officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.
