According to the sheriff’s office, Davis Fyke was first arrested following an alleged hit-and-run in Gallatin. Deputies later found him unconscious at a state park, where he was taken into custody, booked into jail and released later that night.

Investigators say Fyke returned to the park after his release, continued drinking and drove off-road through the campground. Deputies reported finding beer cans that had spilled from the vehicle.

Fyke was arrested a second time for DUI less than 12 hours after the first arrest.

He is now being held on a $125,000 bond.
