James Scott “Scotty” Carter, age 38, of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022.
He was born November 9, 1984 to James Edward Carter and Tonya Lee Carter.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tonya Lee Carter; and his sister, Mandy Lee Carter.
He is survived by his father, James Edward “Stanker” Carter; his son, James Anthony Carter; his granddaughter, Ansley Carter; and his brothers, Steven (Brittany) Carter and James Torrence.
Funeral services for Mr. Carter will be conducted on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 at 1 PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Dean Sircy officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery.
