James Loren Smith, age 89, of Bethpage, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021, in Hartsville, Tennessee.
He was born on August 2, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Loren Earl Smith and Helen Rose Dinger Smith. He will be dearly missed by all.
James is survived by his wife of 66 years, Erma Jean Smith; children, Brenda, Jim (Amber), Mike (Lori), Lori (Chris); grandchildren, Scott, Eric, Alex, Lauren, James, Taylor, Rachel, Brian, Brandon, Brianna; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Ellen Rose Smith Ross; and a granddaughter, Lori Anne Parker.
