March 4, 2024 – Lebanon Police Department has released the body cam footage from the arrests of two escaped inmates over the weekend.
Kenneth Campbell and William Rutherford were taken into custody on March 2nd at a Dollar General in Wilson County.

TBI also issued a Tennessee Most Wanted Alert for Rutherford’s arrest.
Both had escaped the Sumner County Jail overnight on March 1 along with Elvis Bush. Bush was captured hours after the escape around 2am.
