Swaney Swift’s on the Square in Gallatin is welcoming the community back after closing for a remodel.
The restaurant closed just before Christmas and has been hosting a soft opening the past few days. The Grand Re-opening takes place February 15 – 17.
Swaney Swift’s is known for their hand-crafted burgers, fries and shakes. On the menu, you’ll find over 10 burgers, a milkshakes and floats (they have a new shake flavor every month), appetizers like fried pretzels and onion straws, sandwiches, salads, some vegetarian options and a kids menu.

Located on the Historic Downtown Square in Gallatin, TN, Swaney’s has been a staple since the 1950s. Originally a prescription drug store with a soda fountain, it became a very popular spot to enjoy malts, shakes and beverages. Reopening in 2015 across from Gallatin’s historic courthouse, it continues to provide a place for family & friends to gather for great food & fun! Serving a variety of hand-crafted burgers, old fashioned milk shakes & fries, Swaney’s delivers a warm atmosphere with live music and regularly scheduled events!
