  1. This is complete defamation of character. This case was dismissed and Mr Pfisterer was never running from the law. Mr Pfisterer was at work and at the end of his work day when returning to his vehicle he was picked up at his workplace. Mr Pfisterer has children and family that have to deal with the consequences of this and it isn’t fair that it has been misrepresented on Google.

  2. After further investigation there was never a order of protection violated. There was never a order of protection granted by a judge. It was dismissed immediately in the hearing. The original post said it was a restraining order which never existed. I agree with the above comment that this is defamation of character and a irresponsible post that damages Family, employment and the ability for people to provide for their family. The fact this is still up telling people to look for this man is harassment

  3. There is no active warrant. This gentleman has been harassed because of this article. This is false news. Officer Oakes failed to do a proper investigation and this charge was filed under a false police report. It was posted July 17 2023 but the incident and warrant were resolved July 14th 2023 which was 3 days before this article was written. Bad news coverage can damage a person’s life and be a danger to their safety
