William B. Murphy passed away on Friday morning, April 29, 2022 in Hendersonville, Tennessee, he was 65 years old.
Born Jan. 12, 1957 in Nashville, he was a US Army veteran and was a builder of barnwood furniture.
William is survived by his mother, Darlene Woodside Gore and her husband, Perry; Fiance’, Melissa Garber; children, Aimee Rice, Caroline Small, Matthew Murphy, Jennifer Rogers, Michael Rogers; grandchildren, Dana Kirby, Dallas Lewis, Jade Barnes, Kyle Douglas, Benjamin Murphy; brothers and sisters, Andy Murphy, Frank Murphy, Connie Gregory, Frankie Hopkins, Randy Gore.
William was preceded in death by his father, Frank Dee Murphy.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Hunter Funeral Home with Pastor John Small officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday from 10 a.m. till service time. Interment will be at Jennings Cemetery in Statesville. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
