Ricky Troy Young, age 66, of Portland, TN, passed away at Tristar Hendersonville Medical Center on Friday, February 18th, 2022.
Mr. Young was born on January 27th, 1956 in Portland, TN to the late Edward & Lillian Rogers Young.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Young was preceded in death by his sister, Joetta Thornton.
Mr. Young is survived by his wife of 37 years, Teresa Groves Young; sons, Rocky Young & Rodney Young; daughter, Brandy Warner; sisters, Kathy (Phillip) McCloud & Donna (Larry) Hesson; grandchildren, Cassidy Young, Kaden Young, Jaxon Young, & Conner Warner; fur baby, Tucker.
Funeral service for Mr. Young will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Pastor Bobby Sloan, Jr. and Pastor Bobby Reynolds officiating. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
Visitation for Mr. Young will be Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
Interment will in Maple Hill Cemetery.
Rodney Young, Kaden Young, Michael Hammock, Josh Stout, Michael Hesson, Jacob Brown will serve as pallbearers.
Rocky Young will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
