Richard Dwight Bryan, age 82, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2022, in Gallatin, Tennessee. He was born on August 29, 1940, to the late Dwight and Mildred Bryan. He is survived by his wife Carol Ann Bryan of 61 years.
Richard is survived by his son, Brian Bryan (Dawn); his daughter, Jill Srofe (Doug); and his grandchildren, Samantha Romano (Jordan), Tyler Hathcoat, Mackenzie Bryan, and Jackson Bryan; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Richard graduated high school from Muncie Central in Indiana in 1958. Richard attended Ball State University and received a Master’s Degree from American University. Richard served in the United States Navy and was a Special Agent with the FBI for 23 years.
Richard loved his family first. He enjoyed family vacations at Dale Hollow Lake and cruises around the world.
Services will be held on December 29, 2022, at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends and family from 1-3 with the service to follow immediately.
