Matthew Thomas Brake, age 45, of Castilian Springs, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023.
Matthew was born on September 26th, 1977, in Nashville, TN to parents Carl Thomas Brake and Pamela Lea Wright.
He is preceded in death by his father, Carl Thomas Brake.
He is survived by his loving wife of 6 years, Kristan Brake, and son, Conner Brake. Matthew is also survived by his mother and stepfather, Pamela and Al Wright, and his stepmother, Penny Brake.
Matthew was a loving father, husband, and son. He was said to be a funny, caring, and affectionate man, who was the wildest, yet polite person you would ever come across.
He had a love of nature and loved spending time with his friends out on Old Hickory Lake. He loved fishing and being out of the boat when he had the time. Matthew was known to be like an older brother and father figure to many. He will be missed but will not be forgotten.
A memorial Visitation will be held at Alexander Funeral Home and Cremation Center on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023, from 12 pm until 7 pm
