After a brief battle with cancer, Mary Charles Marsh Stewart passed peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2023.
Mary was born on May 1, 1955 in McKenzie, Tennessee to the late Doyle Barnes Marsh and the late Ernestine Derting Marsh.
She was a graduate of the 1973 Class of Hendersonville High School; Mary was the best mom, wonderful friend, and dedicated employee of Delta Dental for nearly 25 years.
Mary is survived by daughters, Allison Chmely (Stephen), Lauren Charles Stewart (Allison Ford); granddaughter, Josephine Rose Chmely; brothers, John Marsh (Lisa), Kenneth Marsh (Ella) and their respective families, and her best friend of 45 years Barb Walker.
A celebration of Mary’s life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11:30 A.M. in the Chapel of Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside in Hendersonville. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
