Karlissa Ann Decker, 30 of Portland, TN., passed away Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Portland TriStar E.R.; she was born December 26, 1991 to Lisa Grace Swan Decker and the late Bradley Roy Decker in Watertown, NY.
Along with her father, Bradley Roy Decker, Ms. Decker was preceded in death by her grandparents, Aubrey Duvall, Nancy Decker, Jack Decker and Carl Swan.
Ms. Decker is survived by her mother, Lisa Decker of Portland; brothers, Brenton Decker(Bailey) of Heuvelton, NY. and Brookin Decker of Portland; nephews, Luca Hebert-Decker, Abel Driscoll; grandparents, Donna and Robert Hart of Heuvelton, NY.; uncle, Craig Duvall(Kari) of Louisville, Tx.; great uncle, Ernest Woodcock of Bethpage; Tina Wood(Kevin) of Ogdensburg, NY., John Decker(Lisa) of Ogdensburg, NY.
Karlissa was a smart, beautiful, young woman with a huge heart that was always trying to help those in need. Her passion from her time working at the hospital was to become a nurse. She is deeply loved and sorely missed and lives forever in our hearts.
Funeral service for Ms. Decker will be on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at 2 p.m. with Bro Ron Ullrich officiating, with visitation from 12 noon until 2 p.m.(funeral time) at Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
