Charlotte Kaiser, age 59 of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023.
Mrs. Kaiser was born on February 14, 1964 in Hazard, KY. To the late Bill Melton and Elberta Baker Herald.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sister, Ruby Jean Girgler.
She is survived by husband of 20 years, John Ray Kaiser of Gallatin; son, James Dinkins (Brittany) of Watertown; daughters, Jessica Haskins (Gary) of Defeated Creek and Alishia Poss of Lebanon; brothers, Larry Melton (Paula) of Ohio, Ricky Melton of Kentucky, and Randy Melton (Noreen) of Kentucky; sisters, Janice Martin of Kentucky, Teresa Deadmon (Todd) of Kentucky, and Linda Gutherey of Kentucky; and 15 grandchildren.
At her request, there will be no service.
