Beulah Mae Elston Morris was born near Cross Plains, Indiana on April 8, 1926, the daughter of Isiah (Byrd) and Grace Stevenson, she passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at the age of 95.
She was married to Fred Morris on February 24, 1944, and he preceded her in death on November 24, 2001, in Hendersonville, Tennessee; their son Wayne Morris; her parents; her brothers, Roscue, Charles, and Russell Elston.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Judy Morris who cared for her after her health forced her to give up her home; her grandchildren; Gerald McClure, Tammy Henry, Cory, and Chad Morris and Stephanie Morris; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Jared, Baylee, and Brodey; great-great-grandchild, Alice.
Beulah was a graduate of Cross Plains High School and retired in 1991 after 26 years at Reliance Electric in Madison as a motor assembler. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church later moving her membership to Central Baptist Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee, where she lived for 20 years. She attended Friendship Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Visitation for friends and family will be from 10 A.M. until 2 P.M. Interment will be following the service at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. https://www.hendersonvillefh.com
