Anna Lee Carmichael Todd, age 82 of Westmoreland, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center.
She was born in LaGuardo, Tennessee to the late Harry Stephen Carmichael and Nellie May Downs Carmichael.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Todd; son, Steve Todd; grandchildren, Kristy Todd, and Billy Forbes.
Mrs. Todd was a homemaker for most of her life and was a member of the Bush’s Chapel Church of Christ for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Major of Westmoreland; grandchildren, Heather McCormick (James Buhl) of Lafayette, Misty Phillips of White House, Scott Major of Westmoreland; great-grandchildren, Austin Freeman, Jacob Gentry, Justin Freeman, Haile Major, Keirsten Prescott (Jonah), Calvin Phillips, Addison McCormick; great-great-grandchildren, Aaron Freeman, Aaden Freeman, Averley Freeman, Aubrie Major, Braylin Freeman, Kayson Prescott, Clark Prescott; cousins, Jenny May Smith (Dolphus), James Jared (Rutha).
Funeral service will be conducted on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home in Gallatin with Jonathan England and Frankie Downs officiating. Interment will follow in the Bush’s Chapel Cemetery with Jacob Gentry, Calvin Phillips, Scott Major, Austin Freeman, Justin Freeman, Michael Webb, Dewayne Smith serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Sloan Forbes, Charles Brown, and James Harold Brown.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. in the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel, and will resume on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 12:00 Noon until service time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Anderson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main Street, Gallatin, Tennessee.
