Chief Bandy has officially promoted Master Patrol Officer Jessica Jackson to the rank of Sergeant!
With 18 years of service, Sergeant Jackson has been an integral part of the Gallatin Police Department, taking on a variety of roles within the department.
From her early days as a dedicated dispatcher to her time as a proactive patrol officer and then as a mentor in the field as a Field Training Officer, she has consistently shown unwavering dedication and commitment to her work. Her contributions as an Investigator with our Criminal Investigations Division, as well as in our Property and Maintenance Division, have been invaluable to the department. Additionally, her role as a public information officer has ensured effective communication with the community and media.
Sergeant Jackson will now be taking on a new challenge as she assumes her role as Sergeant on night shift.
Sergeant Jackson was pinned by her husband, MPO Kevin Jackson, adding an extra layer of significance to this milestone in her career.
