On Saturday, February 10, the Sumner County Academic League hosted more than 100 players from 9 middle schools for the annual County Championships. The event featured 21 teams vying for the coveted county title and all-county honors.
Among the standout performances, the A team from Merrol Hyde emerged as the champions, completing a perfect season by securing 1st place finishes in both the regular season and the county tournament.
