TailGate Brewery has announced its expansion into Hendersonville with a soft opening planned for later this summer, the restaurant/brewery announced. The new location will be located at 248 Sanders Ferry Road, across the street from Old Hickory Lake.
TailGate Brewery shared the news via social media and explained that they will open about 1/3 of the space while the construction team continues to build out the rest of the site. A grand opening will take place in Spring 2023.
“The finished taproom will be over 8,000 square feet with an extended patio and two-story deck with some killer lake views,” the brewery posted on Facebook.
In addition to serving great food and drink, TailGate says the Hendersonville location will be home to its lagerhaus production site: a 10 barrel brewing system with lager-specific horizontal fermentation tanks to increase Lager Projekt offerings and a handful of styles that will be unique to that taproom.

TailGate’s East Nashville taproom opened in 2018, and functions both as the third taproom and home of its wild and spontaneous fermentation program. The additional production space allowed TailGate to expand its wild, barrel-aging program. TailGate drops new, small-batch experimental beers from the East location quarterly.
Germantown/915 3rd Ave N
TailGate’s fifth taproom, and craft seltzery! Open next to the Nashville Sounds stadium and Brooklyn Bowl music venue in the heart of Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood.
