Mr. Sammy Reecer, of Bethpage, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at the age of 73.
Celebration of Life Service, with Military Honors, will be Saturday, February 26th at 4:00 p.m., with Bro. Julius Hovan officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, February 26th from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Family Heritage Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
Mr. Reecer was born May 19, 1948 in Gallatin to the late Clyde “Big Toe” Reecer and Agnes Marie Chandler Reecer.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Charles Reecer and Johnny Reecer; and sisters, Julia White and Mary Sue Young.
He is survived by daughter, Melissa Reecer Allen (Michael) of Gallatin; brothers, Randy Reecer (Paulette) of Bethpage and Robert Reecer (Darlene) of Manchester; sister, Dorothy Ray (David) of Hartsville; and 1 grandchild, Cody Bohanan.
Mr. Reecer served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for Cameron Electric for many years.
