Rose Lee Garrison, age 80, of Portland, passed away at her residence on April 16th, 2024.
Mrs. Garrison was born in Portland, TN on November 26th, 1943 to the late William Cave Yates & the late Rosetta Moore.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Garrison was preceded in death by her children, Jackie Bess & Carolyn Elaine Bess; brothers, Charles Edward Yates & William Glen Yates; stepfather, James Yates.
Mrs. Garrison is survived by her children, Larry Bess of Chattanooga, Kathy Heflin of Portland, Anita Mittelstrasser of Portland, & Jamie Bess of Portland; siblings, Joyce (Bobby) Bolton of Portland, JW (Judy) Yates of Bethpage, Michael Dewayne (Lisa) Yates of Oak Grove; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
There will be a graveside service for Mrs. Garrison at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 18th, 2024 at Tom Link Cemetery with Bro. Alan Johnson officiating. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
