Jewel Curl Goolsby, age 91 of Bethpage, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024.
Mrs. Goolsby was born November 22, 1932 in Hartsville to the late Floyd Curl and Myrtle Grant Curl.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, James David “Jimmy” Goolsby; son, James Kenneth “Kenny” Goolsby; and sisters, Marilyn Curl and Carolyn Curl.
She is survived by sons, Kevin Goolsby (Cindy) of Hartsville and Bryan Anthony Goolsby (Sandra) of Bethpage; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, March 14th at 11:00 a.m. at Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 13th from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, March 14th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family serving as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
