Bobby Marshall Lassiter, age 82, of Portland, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023.
Mr. Lassiter was born February 2, 1941, to the late Elmer Clifford Lassiter and Annie Odell Spain in Springfield, TN.
Along with his parents, Mr. Lassiter was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Joann Lassiter; son, Bobby Marshall Lassiter Jr.; brothers, Jimmy Lassiter and Herschel Lassiter, other special loved one, Joyce Williams.
Mr. Lassiter is survived by granddaughter, Chasity Gregory (Chad); great-grandchildren, Kendall Gregory, Harper Gregory and Bria Gregory; sister, Carolyn Lassiter Thompson; and other special loved ones, Tina Cox (Timmy), Charles Collins and Debbie Sanders.
Funeral service for Mr. Lassiter was on Monday, July 31st at 2 p.m. at Wilkinson-Wiseman funeral home with Daniel Williams officiating. Visitation for Mr. Lassiter was Sunday, July 30th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday, July 31st from 12:00 noon until funeral time at 2:00 p.m. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
Following the funeral service, entombment will be at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Franklin, KY.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chad Gregory, Charles Collins, Clay Williams, Jeff Thompson, Tyler Hampsey, Derrick Hampsey, and Timmy Cox.
