The Walmart in Hendersonville, located at 204 N Anderson Ln, in conjunction with the Hendersonville Citizens Police Academy Association, will be distributing cases of water free of charge to the public beginning Tuesday at 11 a.m.
It will be set up on the grocery side of the store as a drive-through event. Customers can remain in their vehicles and the water will be loaded for them.
Walmart is also setting up a laundry service truck free of charge at the front of the store also starting at 11:00 a.m. Customers can bring their laundry to wash and dry (self-service) and detergent supplies will be provided.
