Arrests Made After Stolen Car, Drugs Located in Hendersonville

On October 29, 2024, the Hendersonville Police Department received a license plate reader alert on a vehicle that had recently ran from police during a traffic stop.

Officers found the vehicle at Texas Roadhouse in Hendersonville, TN and contact was made with the occupants. During the interaction, it was discovered that the vehicle was displaying a fake temporary tag and an altered VIN and had been stolen from Metro Nashville on September 13, 2024. Further investigation also revealed a stolen firearm and cocaine.

Prince Carver (40) and Brittani Pillow (35) were arrested and transported to the Sumner County Jail awaiting court. The charges are listed below.

  • Carver – Resale of Schedule II, Possession of Schedule VI, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Possession of Stolen Property Over $10,000, Alteration of a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Falsifying a Registration Plate, Tampering with Evidence, and Felony Evading Arrest.
  • Pillow – Resale of Schedule II.
