Donald Monroe Aaron, age 83, Hendersonville Tennessee passed peacefully at Hendersonville Hospital on June 18, 2024.
Preceded in death by, his daughter, Diane Cunningham; and parents, H.C. Aaron and Katherine Steele Aaron.
Survived by son, Michael Wayne Aaron; sisters, Barbara Westmoreland, Judy Wray, Jeanette Bergman, and Marie Crawford (Rich); brother, Raymond Aaron (Harriet); son-in-law, Larry Cunningham; 3 grandchildren, Steve Mayberry, Kym Mayberry and Nicholas Aaron; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews
The family extends its thanks to Hendersonville Hospital’s entire CCU team for the awesome care and kindness Don received during his short and unexpected battle with a late-stage cancer, and to hospital chaplain Pastor Willie Acevedo and Hospice for providing him comfort and peace during his transition to Heaven.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that any remembrance donations be made to the Hendersonville Home Bound Meals Program, 381 West Main, Hendersonville, TN 37075, a non-profit that Don volunteered with in the past.
