Don’t miss the first-ever Murder, Medicine, & Mourning at Wynnewood State Historic Site, 210 Old Hwy 25, Castalian Springs, TN 37031 on October 9th from 6-9 pm!

Visitors will see Wynnewood set for mourning, hear about Victorian mourning customs, and learn about the many untimely deaths of the Wynne family. Follow your guide down to Bledsoe’s Lick where you will explore by lantern light and hear about the most infamous murders on the Lick! If you can stomach it – go visit the doctor and learn about the weird and gruesome practices of Victorian-era medicine.
