Join Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center is hosting an exhibition called Dreaming of an Artful Christmas, an exciting exhibition featuring 50 original works of art by 40 talented Tennessee artists. This curated showcase highlights the vibrant creativity of our local art community. The show will focus on small-scale works, with the intention of making art more accessible to first-time buyers and seasoned collectors alike. Paintings, sculptures, photography and more will all be available.
Participating artists include Carolyn Boutwell, Jeff Clark, Chuck Creasy, Dustin Michael Headrick, Lisa Jennings, Jessica Lewis, Shahnaz Lighari, Mary Masterson, Peach McComb, Eva Rabin, Todd Saal, Catron Wallace and many more.

2Snowflake Magic – Choose Snowman or Penguin at Painting With a Twist

All Ages – Most paintings are suitable for ages 5 and up. Each guest must have a paid seat due to space limitations. No spectators or infants allowed in class.
Snacks & Drinks (non-alcoholic) are welcomed.
Painting will begin promptly at the start time listed. You may arrive 15 minutes early to get comfortable. The entire length of the class will be needed to complete the painting. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.

The country’s largest lantern festival Zoolumination, presented by Anheuser-Busch, returns even brighter to Nashville Zoo this holiday season. The festival begins November 14, 2024, and runs through February 9, 2025. New this year, Nashville Zoo will have a brand-new ice rink for visitors to enjoy while they experience the glow of more than 1,000 authentic, custom-made silk lanterns. The Smashville Ice Rink is presented by Nashville Predators and in honor of American figure skater, Olympic gold medalist, and Nashville Zoo board member Scott Hamilton. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased on Nashville Zoo’s website.
4ICE at Gaylord Opryland
