3Nashville Zoo’s Zoolumination

The country’s largest lantern festival Zoolumination, presented by Anheuser-Busch, returns even brighter to Nashville Zoo this holiday season. The festival begins November 14, 2024, and runs through February 9, 2025. New this year, Nashville Zoo will have a brand-new ice rink for visitors to enjoy while they experience the glow of more than 1,000 authentic, custom-made silk lanterns. The Smashville Ice Rink is presented by Nashville Predators and in honor of American figure skater, Olympic gold medalist, and Nashville Zoo board member Scott Hamilton. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased on Nashville Zoo’s website.

5Ice Skate at Long Hollow Church

From December 6 – 24, come glide, spin, and skate on a synthetic ice rink in Legacy Park! It’s the perfect place for families and friends to create lasting memories together. There’s no cost, but reservations are recommended.
Legacy Park will be dressed up for Christmas and Legacy Coffee will be open and ready to make your favorite beverages. Whether you’re gliding across the rink or cheering your friends on, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Reservations are same-day only, and open at 6am each day. Limited space will be available for walk-ups, but reservations are recommended.
A waiver is required for each person skating. To expedite your time on the skating rink, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your reservation and complete the waiver (digital, print) beforehand.
