2Visit Newly Opened Puckett’s in Hendersonville

Tennessee-based hospitality group A. Marshall Hospitality (AMH) officially joined the Sumner County community with the grand opening of Puckett’s Hendersonville on Wednesday, April 3. Hendersonville will be home to the eighth Puckett’s Restaurant with Tennessee locations in Nashville, Chattanooga, Columbia, Franklin, Murfreesboro and Pigeon Forge, as well as Cullman, Ala.

The extensive menu includes comfort food favorites, meat & 3 specials, Puckett’s signature BBQ, homemade desserts and much more. Additional features include an open kitchen, covered patio, private dining room, wrap-around bar and a market of Puckett’s merchandise. The 7,387-square-foot space seats 264 total, with private dining for 42 and patio seating for 48. Puckett’s Hendersonville plans to hire 100 or more employees in total.

On this opening weekend, Big Shoes will perform on Saturday, April 6 from 7:30pm – 9pm. Admission is free, but call ahead and reserve your tables for the best seats in the house!

Tom Jones Broom Shop is open Saturdays at Sadie Ford Heritage Farm and Art Center 10am to 4pm!

Come see real old-timey broom making on period equipment, ask about taking a class, buy one (or two!) to take home, visit the farm and the park while you’re here, and get out for some fresh country air!

Please check dates and times with the park office at 615-443-2769; especially if you’re traveling in from far away!

Sadie Ford Farm is located on Hwy 231 / 5220 Murfreesboro Rd., Lebanon, Tennessee 37090. The entrance to the farm is just south of the entrance to Cedars of Lebanon State Park. Sadie Ford Heritage Farm and Art Center is part of Cedars of Lebanon State Park.

5Hendersonville High School’s Spring Craft Fair
