Wilmoth Marie Vanatta, age 93, of Portland, passed away on July 6th, 2024 at Oak Hill Senior Living in Portland.
She was born on March 18th, 1931 to the late Wiley Robert Clinard & late Mary Myrtle Long-Clinard.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Vanatta was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Vanatta; son, Michael Douglas Vanatta; brothers, Clyde, Robert, Roscoe, & Bill Clinard; sisters, Estelle Bush, Julie Wright, Maudie Fisher, & Eva Jetton.
Mrs. Vanatta is survived by her sons, Ronnie (Bobbie) Vanatta of Portland, Terry Vanatta of Portland, Jeff (Cathy) Vanatta of Portland; grandchildren, Donnie (Debra) Vanatta of Portland, Robert (Kim) Vanatta of Portland, Julie Inman of Goodlettsville, & Matt Vanatta of Portland; 11 great-grandchildren; & many many great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service for Mrs. Vanatta will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Bud Woodall officiating.
Visitation for Mrs. Vanatta will be on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024 from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm & on Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
Interment will be in Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Franklin, KY.
Don Vanatta, Donnie Vanatta, Robert Vanatta, Mark Vanatta, Matt Vanatta, & Darran Moeller will serve as pallbearers.
Megan Moeller, Tasia McClain, & Steve Hanley will serve as honorary pallbearers.
