Harriet Faye Hoffman Lovell age 79 of Hendersonville, TN passed away August 24, 2025. She was born August 12, 1946 in Nashville, TN to the late Howard and Dorothy Hoffman. Along with her parents, Harriet was preceded in death by brother, George “Duggie” Hoffman and Richard “Buddy” (Ann) Hoffman; sister, Sue (Hulon) Morris; nephew, Briggs Hoffman.
Harriet is survived by nephews, Hu (Diane) Morris, Mark (Kelley) Morris, David (Jackie) Hoffman, Alan Hoffman; nieces, Demetria (Gene) Kulas, Shannon (Kevin) Neville, Alanda (Kinny) Jones and Julie (Stan) Marler; along with 19 great nieces and nephews, 5 great-great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great-great niece.
Harriet graduated from Hendersonville High School and went to work for National Life in Nashville for many years. She graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology from MTSU. She also had careers at L&C Tower as an administrative assistant and then as a Psychologist with Alzheimer’s patients.
