Sherry Ann Hamm-Douglas, age 58, of Portland, passed away on January 14th 2026 at her residence in Portland. Mrs. Douglas was born in Gallatin, TN on January 25th, 1967 to Ronnie Thomas Thompson & Betty Sue Moss Thompson.
Mrs. Douglas was preceded in death by her grandparents and one uncle.
Mrs. Douglas is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Andrew “Andy” Douglas of Castalian Springs; son, Justin (Lindsey) Hamm of Cottontown; daughter, Tonya Hamm of Portland; stepsons, William A. (Angela) Douglas of Castalian Springs and Phillip (Charity) Douglas of Castalian Springs; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; parents, Ronnie & Betty Thompson; uncle, Willard Thompson of Bethpage.
Funeral service for Mrs. Douglas will be at 1:30 pm on Sunday, January 18th, 2026 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Williams and Pastor Allen Weller officiating.
Interment will be in Halltown Cemetery in Portland.
Visitation for Mrs. Douglas will be on Saturday, January 17th, 2026 from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm & on Sunday, January 18th, 2026 from 11:00 am until 1:30 pm at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home.
Wesley Hodges, Ben Hodges, Patrick Case, Mike Justice, William Douglas, & Phillip Douglas will serve as pallbearers.
