Richard Dean Russell, age 65, of Portland, passed away on October 1st, 2023 at his residence in Portland.
Mr. Russell was born on February 5th, 1958 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Orvell Douglas Russell & the late Ora Mae Jones.
Mr. Russell is survived by his daughter, Amanda Nelson; sister, Charlotte Whittimore of Portland; brothers, Orvell Russell of Portland, TN & Timothy Russell of Indianapolis, IN.
