Ms. Patricia Kay Holmes, age 64, of Westmoreland, Tennessee passed away May 15, 2023, surrounded by her family.
Patricia was born September 30, 1958, to the late James Lewis Farley and surviving Jo Ann Farley in Hartsville, TN.
She was a graduate of Macon County High School where she graduated Salutatorian of her class. She was employed for many years at Gap, Inc. in Gallatin, TN where she fulfilled numerous roles within the company. Her faith and family were priorities in her life.
In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, Mark Farley.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter Katrina (John) Breedlove and son Austin Shane (Victoria) Holmes of Westmoreland, granddaughters Hannah Breedlove, Elly Breedlove, and Hailey Holmes of Westmoreland; the father of her children, Rickie Holmes; sisters Joyce Brown of Carthage and Denise Cliburn of Lafayette.
Patricia was a devoted follower of Christ and a member of Strong Tower Church in Westmoreland.

Funeral services for Ms. Holmes will be conducted on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 2 PM from the Chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. David Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors beginning on Friday 11 AM – 8 PM and again on Saturday from 9 AM – service time at 2 PM at Woodard Funeral Home. https://www.rwoodardfuneralhome.com
