Patricia Ann Hudson, 85, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, in Hendersonville, TN.
Patricia was born on June 8, 1939, in McDowell, WV to James Frank and Bertha Belcher.
Patricia found happiness in the simple pleasures of life— her dogs, gardening, reading, shopping for great deals, Diet Coke, Tennessee Titans, and the Atlanta Braves. She loved it when the grandkids visited and made crafts with her. Decorating for the holidays, especially Christmas, was a highlight of her year. She never met a stranger, and always welcomed everyone as a friend. Her laugh was loud and contagious.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Hudson, brother Larry Belcher, son-in-law Andrew Smith, and best dog Brandi.
Survived by daughter Kimberly Smith, granddaughters Lauren (Ryan) Interrante, Alyson Smith and Alexandra Hudson; grandsons Parker Hudson and Preston Hudson; nieces Terri (Mike) Vaughn and Jennifer (Mike) Laughrun; sister-in-law Sue Belcher; special friend/caregiver Valerie Smith; many friends and extended family members.
The family would like to thank Preferred Care at Home for their assistance over the last few years.
