Ms. Monica Lynn Davis, age 68 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Friday, January 16th at Highpoint Health – Sumner in Gallatin, Tennessee. Ms. Davis was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 23rd, 1957 to the late James Suddarth and Ava Jean Suddarth.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Suddarth, Dale Suddarth, and Mark Suddarth; sister, Jean Dixon; and fiance, Randy Gregory.
Ms. Davis is survived by her children, Tommy Wright (Jennifer) and Nikki Wright (Coty); grandchildren, Shelby Wright, Gavin Wright, and Camoran Poole; sister, Sue Roberts (Teddy); numerous nieces and nephews; and dog, Baxter.
The family will celebrate Ms. Monica’s life at Chesnut Grove Baptist Church. Date and time for the memorial service will be announced at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations to help offset funeral expenses.
