Maria Rosario Calderon Valentin, age 71 of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
Maria Rosario Calderon was born on December 16, 1952 in El Salvador and has been a resident of Tennessee for over 20 years.
She was a cherished sister, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family dearly and loved everyone she encountered. She was always willing to help anyone in need and go the extra mile to be of service to whoever crossed her path. She always maintained a sense of humor and a sense of adventure.
She enjoyed driving and visiting friends and family. Her acts of service were an inspiration to all and her smile never failed to be contagious. She was always quick to engage people with stories, jokes, and anecdotes that will be remembered by family and friends alike.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Hector Calderon and Maria Cristina Calderon; brothers, Jose Rodolfo Calderon and Jose Gabriel Calderon.
She is survived by her children; Wilber Rafael Calderon, Rene Mauricio Calderon, and Heinar Rolando Calderon; siblings, Rosa Elba Calderon, Maria Antonieta Calderon, Maria Magdalena Calderon, Jose Calixto Calderon, Maria Coralia Calderon de Claros, Juan Jose Calderon, Irene Calderon de Mejia, and Jorge Adali Calderon; 5 grandchildren; extended family members and friends.
