Kathy Phillips Smith, age 65 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, July 27th at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 27th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Key Family Cemetery, with Kerry Fleming, Jarrod Fleming, Danny Allen, Tommy Apala, Danny Rich, and Carl Walker serving as pallbearers.
Mrs. Smith was born July 27, 1955 in Gallatin to the late Henry Phillips and Jeanette Collier Phillips.
She is survived by sons, Kerry Fleming (Cortney) of Donelson, Jarrod Fleming (Jennifer) of Hartsville, and Danny Allen, Jr. (Sara) of Norene; brother, Carl Walker of Celina; sisters, Ann Phillips of Gallatin and Pam Phillips of Gallatin; 6 grandchildren, Jordan Fleming, Michael Fleming, Laney Allen, Jadan Allen, John Henry Fleming, and Jace Corbin Fleming; and 1 great-grandchild, Audrey Mae Summers.
