Mrs. Joyce Ruth Reecer, age 83 of Portland, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 at Oak Hill Senior Living in Portland, Tennessee.
She was born on November 25, 1940 in Westmoreland, Tennessee to the late Curtis and Mable Mandrell.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Reecer was preceded in death by her husband, Avery Reecer.
Mrs. Reecer is survived by her two sons, Keith Reecer (Karen) and Bruce Reecer (Carren); grandchildren, Shaun Reecer (Mary), Matthew Reecer (Elise), Rocky Reecer (Twila) and Justin Summar (Betty); great-grandchildren, Ayla Reecer, Anabelle Summar, Knox Reecer, Journey Summar, Jamie Summar, Claire Reecer, Owen Reecer, and Stella Reecer; brother, Wendell Mandrell (Linda); and niece, Wendi Shaw.
