Jimmy Cline, age 73 of Portland, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024.
Mr. Cline was born August 15, 1951 in Portland to the late Hoyt D. Cline and Joan Baldwin Cline.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by stepfather, Glenn Hardcastle.
He is survived by wife of 40 years, Linda Anderson Cline of Portland; children, Chad Cline (Amanda) of Portland, Mandy Groves (Ryan) of Gallatin, Matt Cline (Ali) of Portland, Carrington Cline of Gallatin, and Spencer Cline (Chelsie) of Gallatin; first wife, Jan Speakman Cline; brother, Timothy Cline of Florida; sister, Glenda Tankersley (David) of Florida; and grandchildren, Gabe Cline, Hannah Cline, Calli Cline, Abby Ivey (Dylan), Tate Groves, Hayes Cline, Zadie Cline, Cooper Cline, and Tucker Cline.
Mr. Cline worked for over 50 years in Tool and Die Design Fabrication and Trucking. Jim loved to fish, hunt, shoot, cut up with friends and family, and had a soft spot for his animals.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Sunday, November 17th at Top Hog at 4:00 p.m. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 17th from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 4:00 p.m. at Top Hog.
