James “Jimmy” William Poole of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022, he was 84 years old.
He was born in Portland, TN on September 22, 1937 to the late William Odell and Emma Gustine Poole.
He is also preceded in death by his wife Thelma Poole, and Linda Poole; sister, Janet Lame.
Jimmy is survived by his children, Mickey (Kim) Poole, Carol (Michael) Powell, Teresa Poole, Timothy Poole, and Tina (Paul) Foskett; twelve grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, five stepchildren and eleven step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Ronald Poole, and Mary Elizabeth Perdue.
Jimmy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, and loved fishing, and spending time with his family.
Visitation will be at Alexander Funeral Home and Cremation Center on Wednesday, September 7 from 10 am until service at 2 pm with interment to follow at Gallatin City Cemetery. https://www.alexandergallatin.com
