Mrs. Helen Erma Callis, age 95 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Oak Hill Senior Living.
Mrs. Callis was born on December 21, 1928 in Haswell, Colorado to the late Ronald and Etta Snyder Wilson.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Clarence Callis, Jr.; brothers, Elden Wilson, Warren Wilson, Wesley Wilson and Lawrence Wilson; sister, Dorothy Lundquist.
She is survived by her nieces, Judy (Larry) Upchurch, Carol (Steve) Hanley, Diane Hodges and Becky Vermilyea; nephews, Jerry (Judy) Callis, Kevin Callis, and Stevie Callis.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, November 25th at 11:00 AM at Old Brush Cemetery with Bro. Doug Parks officiating. Pallbearers will be Kevin Callis, Jerry Callis, Stevie Callis, Steve Hanley, Royce Upchurch and Larry Upchurch. There will be a visitation with the family at the funeral home on Monday, November 25th from 9:00-10:45 AM.
