Mr. Dustin William South, age 34 of Portland, Tennessee passed away Thursday, May 1st, 2025 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
He was born on November 30th, 1990 to Mike South and Linda Martin in Madison, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his uncle, Carl Cecil South; and aunt, Judy Foreman.
Mr. South is survived by his father, Mike South (Julie); mother, Linda Martin (David); children, Nathan South, Brent South, Dashawn South and Aiden South; brother, Donnie Joe South; sister, Ashley South; uncles, Stanley South (Charlotte), Jack South (Ginger), Sammy South, Bobby South (Ivy) and Ricky Bailey (Sherry); and aunt, Judy Reed (Rick).
Funeral services for Mr. Dustin South will be held in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland on Tuesday, May 6th at 12:00 PM with Bro. Tony Dabney officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Portland Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, May 5th from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM and again on Tuesday, May 6th from 10:00 AM until service time at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to help offset funeral expenses. Donations can be made in the office of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland.
