Mr. Donnie Ray Lyons, of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, he was 74 years old.
He was the son of the late William and Betty Margaret Lyons.
Donnie was preceded in death by his four brothers; Thomas, Jeff, Louis, and Joey.
He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Maureen Coyle Lyons; sister Lynda Kruger; daughters Beth Kennedy (Barry), Julie Lyons; son Eric Lyons (Misty); eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Donnie was born in Russellville, KY. He was a truck driver for over 40 years and ended his career as a charter bus driver for The Gaylord Opry Hotel in Nashville, TN. Donnie loved NASCAR, Atlanta Braves Baseball, fishing, traveling and his cat Mitsy Rue. He was a loving husband and father. We will miss him dearly.
A service to celebrate Donnie’s life will be held at 2 pm on the afternoon of Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Hendersonville Funeral Home with Father Thomas officiating.
