Carol Aiko Ovenshire, 79 of Cross Plains, passed Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Hendersonville Medical Center, she was born December 25, 1941 to the late Harry Fujiko Uozumi and Mary Monden.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Minoru Uozomi.
Mrs. Ovenshire is survived by her husband, Darrell Ovenshire of Cross Plains; children, Sheryl Noelle Krey(Richard) of Howell, Mi, Nathan Ovenshire(Michele) of Cross Plains; grandchildren, Jordan Ovenshire, Remy Krey, Joshua Ovenshire, Bailey Krey-Lentz(Randy), Darrell Ovenshire and Levi Ovenshire; sister, Janice McLeod of Howell, Mi.
There will be a funeral service Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Living Free Church, 233 Riggs, Portland Tn at 1 p.m. with Ricky Morris officiating, visitation will be Monday, July 19, 2021 from 4-8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 12-1 p.m.(funeral time) all at Living Free Church.
Interment will follow in Portland Memorial Gardens.
