Gallatin, TN – UPDATE- On October 30, 2022, an officer responded to a call of a shooting at 1590 Airport Rd., Chapel Ridge Apartments.
A birthday celebration occurred at this location when an argument between Daccari Turner and Dejuan Williams broke out. A fight ensued and Mr. Turner stabbed Mr. Williams. Mr. Williams then left the property and returned to his vehicle where he retrieved a handgun. Mr. Williams then returned to the breezeway of the apartment where he shot several rounds hitting Mr. Turner and a juvenile victim.
All individuals are hospitalized and recovering from their injuries. Mr. Turner and Mr. Williams have pending charges including Attempted 2nd Degree Murder x 2, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Felon in Possession of a Weapon, and Tampering with Evidence.

Gallatin, TN – Gallatin Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at 1590 Airport Road, Chapel Ridge Apartments, on October 30, 2022. One adult and one juvenile are victims in the shooting. The suspect has been located and has stab wounds. All three parties injuries are non-life threatening. This is an ongoing investigation.
