The Herbal Hearth Series is back at Cragfont State Historic Site.
During this free summer series, attendees will learn about historical herbs and herbalism.
July 15th – 11 a.m. & 3 p.m. – Teas & Tinctures – Learn the basics of creating teas and tinctures from herbs and even sample a concoction or two!
July 22nd – 11 a.m. & 3 p.m. – Baths & Balms – We all love a little self-care! Learn how to create bath bags and soothing balms from common herbs.
August 19th – 11 a.m. & 3 p.m. – Seed Saving! Be more sustainable through seed-saving! Learn the basics of seed-saving with some common herbs so you can propagate them next year!
All programs in the series are FREE of charge and presented in association with Americorps.
