Jack Anderson Elementary Assistant Principal, Dr. Lauren Wilson, was invited to sit on a panel with United States Secretary of Education Dr. Miguel Cardona along with Tennessee State University President Dr. Glenda Glover and TSU Dean of Education Dr. Jerri Haynes. The roundtable discussion included Tennessee State University’s “Grow Your Own” teacher pipeline program.
Dr. Wilson says she was grateful for the opportunity and to be serving in Sumner County. She is a proud product of TSU and public schools.
